Virginia lawmakers are waking up to the seriousness of bullying in schools. HB 1592 provides 24 hour notification to parents if their child is bullied. This bill amends 22.1-279.6 of the code of Virginia. Below is a screenshot of the bill’s history and links to the bill.

ATTENTION PUBLIC SCHOOL PARENTS: The new school bully is the school nurse. They have been telling students that if they do not get vaccinated, they cannot start the new school year. Yesterday, my student received four emails about getting various vaccines. What they are disseminating to our minor children is inappropriate and false. It’s ultimately up to the parents to make medical decisions for their children, not the school nurse. And that medical information is PRIVATE!
