Here is a text exchange between the teacher and Lieberman’s facebook page that reports on school events. Notice the date of the exchange is May 18. Lieberman knew of the abuse that was going on at Cedar Forest Elementary. He had the video in May. Yet, he decided not to ever report on the story until other media outlets such as the Spotsy Wire reported it in August.
It seems like Lieberman was part of the cover up since he has very close ties to the administration and most school board members. Lieberman provided a lame excuse of not being able to blur the child’s faces as a reason to not post anything in May. He posted in the comments section of another article recently that he had a problem with the video being given to Roy Searles (Lieberman thinks Searles has anything to do with the Spotsy Wire). Yet he had the video in May !
Spotsylvania County School Administrators Rene Daniels and Jeremy Siefker falsely accused Roy Searles of representing the Spotsy Wire at the September 9th school board meeting. To be clear, Mr. Searles does not work for the Spotsy Wire. Mr. Searles has never written a post for the Spotsy Wire. Daniels, Siefker, and many on the woke left have accussed a whole list of people of being the Spotsy Wire.
The entire Spotsylvania County school division trembles when they hear the name The Spotsy Wire. Why? The Spotsy Wire makes it harder to cover up the corruption that happens behind closed doors. Thats why Daniels and Siefker are triggered.
The disgraced former Spotsylvania County school board candidate Rich Lieberman was aware as early as May 2024 of the videos we eventually posted on rumble on the cedar forest situation. Yet Uncle Rich choose to ignore it and not report on it. We have the screenshots to prove it. Thats coming in our next post.
For those that do not know Lieberman, he was embroiled in scandal after scandal with inappropriate misogynistic social media posts during his campaign for the Lee’s Hill District back in 2021. Here are our articles covering this topic back in 2021 – – https://spotsywire.com/category/lieberman-scandal
Here is another video showing the toxic environment in Spotsylvania County Schools created by the administrators at Cedar Forest Elementary. This video is a recorded conversation between teacher Brandi Clark and Assistant Principal Kuhnert. Ms. Clark reported a child screaming and Gloria Jackson hits the child. Ms. Clark states “Jackson did take off her shoe and she did elbow him”.
The teacher was looking for a solution by reporting the problem. Yet, the administrators would not tell parents their rights, the exact nature of a child’s experiences, and deny opportunities to obtain IEPs. Everyone should ask this basic question. How many of the children abused mentally and physically in the first 3 videos we showed you on our Rumble account have IEPs?
At Cedar Forest Elementary, we have confirmed reports of employee harassment. Administrators would use stickers and pink shirts as an intimidation tactic to foster a toxic work environment.
Where is the official statement from Spotsylvania County Public Schools? There has been no official statement from Superintendent Clint Mitchell on how he will change the toxic culture in the school division 25 days into his tenure. It has been over 4 months since the arraignment of Gloria Jackson.
We heard Spotsylvania County Public schools has been focused on cleaning up the bad press instead of an apology or rectifying the situation. What did the prior acting Superintendent Kelly Guempel do to handle this situation? School has started and children are in classes. Are we going to have more of the same?
Here is a letter from Brandi Clark, the teacher that reported the behavior of Gloria Jackson at Cedar Forest Elementary in Spotsylvania County Schools. In court, Gloria Jackson was found guilty but only received 12 months’ probation. We consider that unacceptable given the many video recordings of child abuse.
Ms. Clark was obligated to report this behavior because under the law she is a mandatory reporter. She has to report child abuse. Yet, there are people blaming Ms. Clark for everything and people supporting the poor behavior by school administrators.
Below is her letter to the Spotsy Wire explaining the situation and the coverup with the school administration. Orth is the principal at Cedar Forest. Kuhnert is the assistant principal.
Oh, there is more video coming out soon. Everyone needs to know about the cover-up and retaliation by administrators in Spotsylvania County Schools. Seems like most of the PhDs in the school division are arrogant and lack any common sense while parading around their PhD saying they know better than anyone else. We know about Kuhnert’s and Orth’s behavior ! Video coming soon.
It looks like Spotsylvania County Schools continues to cover up their toxic culture. Look at this text message sent from a school administrator to the teacher whose contract was not renewed as retaliation for video recording the toxic behavior in schools. Could Amy in this text be Amy Williams from HR? #Kuhnert #Corruption #Guempel #Carlisle #CedarForest #Orth
Here is another video showing the toxic culture at Spotsylvania County Public Schools. We want to be clear that all of these videos we are showing you are from 2023 and 2024.
We are concerned that the culture of some schools within Spotsylvania County Public Schools has not changed. Why? Certain employees remain in certain schools. There is nothing more important than the safety and well-being of SCPS students.
According to sources, there are other SCPS employees engaged in similar behavior with administrators actively covering things up. Has any department with investigative authority talked to the families? Who attempted to cover this up? Who has attempted to silence any whistleblower? Did Guempel know anything?
Here is another example captured on video of the toxic culture in Spotsylvania County Schools. Would you be ok if this “educator” talked to your child in this manner? Why was this “educator” employed by Spotsylvania County schools for so many years? Who in Spotsylvania County schools attempted to coverup this behavior for many years?
This video was captured on a different day from the earlier video we showed you in our 8/18 article. You can tell by the different outfits. Why was this educator behaving this way to special needs kids in the minority community?
An article recently appearing on one of the so called “local news” websites talks about the start of the school year here in Spotsylvania County. The article stated that Spotsylvania County Public Schools has an opportunity to make positive changes due to the hiring of Dr. Clint Mitchell as superintendent. That article included the normal drumbeat to which we read every year, a lack of funds and teacher shortages.
What seems to be missing each time in these articles is the partial reason SCPS, like every other dysfunctional school system, can’t reach their manpower (hiring) goals. Everyone knows why but why won’t anyone say it? It is the toxic culture that has been cultivated over decades. You might not be able to see it if you participate in the dysfunction. Those that do see it as a toxic environment leave the profession as an educator. The educator who sees their utmost responsibility to be the safety of the children and fellow employees could and have been released from their contracts. Without safety concerns addressed, the school year for students can be a living hell. For the educator, it is demoralizing.
Where does the administration stand in rectifying this issue? It depends on the school building. As an employee of SCPS you may have had an administration that knocks it out of the park and have always fostered a fantastic learning environment. That is great! Other administrations will close ranks and punish those who raise concerns.
The employee who demands a safety issue be addressed might not have their contract renewed. The employee who is the offender of a standing SCPS conduct policy, often remains in a classroom/school building. The parent who raises concerns about a safety incident, their child, the victim, is moved. How inconvenient for that student, don’t you think?
Letting an employee stay for years while parental/staff complaints pile up about child abuse is not just unacceptable, but illegal! When this article is published it will most certainly attract the education system cheerleaders and apologists. Yes, we know that some parents certainly contribute to the dysfunction because they’ll send their improperly raised children to school. Thus, why it was mentioned above, a “partial” reason why we can’t fill the needed positions. Yes, most teachers are great and provide a satisfactory experience to the students and families.
What can Dr. Clint Mitchell do? He could start by picking the low hanging fruit. Get rid of those administrators in school buildings that won’t enforce code of conduct policies. Doc, tell them that wearing pink shirts as an intimidation tactic when terminating an employee is unacceptable. Tell them using a two-faced sticker for the ole wink-wink nod during parent-teacher conferences so they all lie the same way when talking about little johnny is not ok. Tell them when an employee protects a child or fellow staffer, that heroic employee’s concerns should immediately be addressed with positive reinforcement.
That type of employee, at the minimum, should feel worth more than the dirt on the bottom of the principal’s shoe. Dr Mitchell, tell your administrators that if a student needs an IEP, quotas and ‘it is too much work’ are not acceptable solutions. SO WHAT if the parent doesn’t want to participate. YOU provide a safe and healthy learning environment, which comes as a great relief to kids from broken homes and those students with special needs. Such an easy solution but why can’t we fill all the full-time positions?
You don’t have to take our word for it. The video speaks for itself.
Spotsylvania County Schools must make corrective action to the Head Start program. Spotsylvania County Schools is not doing their required reporting per federal guidelines. They are not in compliance. The links below show the non-compliance documents on the school division website.
Hey, why would it matter anyway? The school division tries to hide incidents or dismiss allegations. SCPS wouldn’t have the correct numbers in the end. “what do you want us to do about it” and “it was only a tap on his leg” ?
Spotsylvania County School Board Chair Lorita Daniels and Vice Chair Nicole Cole propose to place many restrictions on free speech during public comment at school board meetings in the updated BDDH policy. We cannot help but wonder about their ulterior motives. In the section entitled “Inappropriate Topics” in policy BDDH, Daniels and Cole propose to effectively end addressing grievances towards the school board. Here is our earlier article on this topic:
If you speak about one of Cole or Daniels’s forbidden topics, will the deputies arrest you? These restrictions on free speech promote the coverup of any wrong doing in the school division. It is clear that Daniels and Cole just want to sweep everything under the rug by not allowing the public to air grievances towards the school board. Our friends at Real Parents of Loudoun County seem to think so in the bottom screenshot.
If there is an abuse case against a teacher or student, would Daniels and Cole direct the deputies to arrest the speaker?
If there is a certain swim coach related to Alvin and Simon that texted a student, would Daniels and Cole direct the deputies to arrest the speaker when speaking on this topic?
Will the many free speech lawsuits take money away from students?
Didn’t Sherrif Roger Harris say the reason he pulled the deputies from the school board meeting 2 years ago was because he did not want his deputies in the middle of free speech issues? Where does Harris stand now on these far more draconian restrictive measures?
Are the rumors true, what say you? We heard a rumor that the Superintendent of a small school district to the east is one of the candidates for Spotsylvania County Schools Superintendent. We also heard that a local candidate is in the running for this position. This should be interesting.
The Spotsylvania County School Board led by Lorita Daniels and Nicole Cole propose to limit free speech during public comment. Here are screenshots of the proposed additions marked in RED and subtractions crossed out in black for policy BDDH. We find it interesting that Daniels and Cole present these changes during the June 24th school board meeting where no public comment is on the agenda and many people are on vacation. We find a lot of disturbing language in this proposed policy highlighted below.
“….the Board is not required to provide public comment time”
This elitist statement presented by Daniels and Cole is the heart of the problem. As long as taxpayers fund the school division, taxpayers have the right to express their grievances to the school board.
“All Speakers must provide the Clerk with their name, available contact information, including email address, home address, and phone number…….and the agenda item or other issue of public concern about which they will be speaking” –
Currently, speakers only have to provide their name and voting district. The proposed changes by Daniels and Cole seek to discourage citizens from speaking because more personal information is required, and they want to know exactly what you are going to talk about in advance. This gives Daniels and Cole the power to screen citizens before they speak.
“The Board allocates up to one hour for speakers at regular board meetings”
We find this one hilarious and hypocritical. Wasn’t Daniels and Cole complaining about the previous school board conservative led majority cutting off public comment after 2 or 3 hours? Now Daniels and Cole want to limit this to 1 hour? Hypocrites !!
“…speakers are extended the courtesy of the School Board and in turn speakers must respect the privilege extended by the Board by maintaining mutual respect, civility”
It is now a “privilege” to speak to the school board led by the Regressive 5 of Daniels, Cole, Medawar, Rodas, and Jackson. These arrogant elitists thing they are above the tax-paying citizens who fund the school division.
“Speakers must use commonly accepted rules of courtesy, respect, decorum, dignity, and good taste”
Daniels and Cole are now the speech police. Daniels and Cole get to be the sole arbiter of what is in “good taste”. The Regressive 5 of Daniels, Cole, Medawar, Rodas, and Jackson are power-hungry elitists.
In this video clip from the June 10 Spotsylvania County school board meeting, April Gillespie expresses her concerns about safety and the behavior of local law enforcement officers.
The Spotsylvania County School Board voted against a policy that would have prohibited Furries in schools. Phelps and Gillespie were the only 2 that voted for the policy to prohibit Furries. The Regressive 5 (Cole, Daniels, Medawar, Rodas, Jackson) did not want any policy that restricted Furry culture in schools.
For those living under a rock, Furries are those that identify as animals, dress up in animal costumes, and pretend to be animals. Perhaps Cole, Daniels, Medawar, Jackson, and Rodas enjoy the Furry Sex culture so much that they did not want any policy that restricted this.
The Nasty Nicole and Lying Lorita led school board want the school division to be less about education and more about a giant social experiment. Crackpot Carol, Marxist Megan, and Radical Rodas go along for the ride in this social experiment.
The Spotsy Wire endorses Cameron Hamilton in the VA-7 GOP Primary. We believe that Cameron Hamilton is the only candidate that can take on the establishment. Our position is summed up perfectly from a quote from Matt Strickland on his Facebook page on May 7. 2024.
“What I look for in a candidate, the biggest question, the first question, and I don’t get past this question unless the answer is yes. Are you willing to fight against the establishment? The uni-party, the globalists, that give the power to the administrative bureaucrat system that actually control the country. Are you willing to fight against them? If the answer is yes, we can get past that? If the answer is no, then I don’t want to hear nothing else from you”
According to Spotsylvania County Schools interim superintendent Kelly Guempel, the cost for drug testing teachers is just $91,000. He also stated that bus drivers are the only ones that have to go thru random drug tests. Here is the video clip of Guempel providing this information at the 6/10/2024 school board meeting.
At the 6/10 Spotsylvania County School board meeting, there was a discussion about drug testing school division employees. Courtland District School Board member Carol Medawar is against this. Here is the video clip of Medawar saying this.
To provide a safe environment for students, would it not make sense to ensure that a teacher is not under the influence of something during their workday? Crackpot Carol clearly does not care about the safety and well-being of students.
Here is yet another video clip from that infamous May 20th Spotsylvania County school board meeting when the cameras and microphones stopped working (if you really believe that). School board member April Gillespie talks about how investigations are being suppressed by the majority led by Lorita Daniels and Nicole Cole.
What a strange coincidence that the microphones and video did not work when there was discussion about suppression of free speech and suppression of investigations. We believe that the regressive majority led by Nasty Nicole and Lying Lorita have taken corruption to another level. Gillespie mentions allegations of abuse in this video clip. Perhaps this all ties into the recent letter to the editor by Stephen Glascock.
