The number of losses keep piling up for Nicole Cole, Dawn Shelley, Lorita Daniels, Rich Lieberman, and their associates. The sad thing is that they are wasting tax-payer money in their quest to get their own way. The funny thing is watching them waste their own money and other people’s money to a lost cause. Cole, Shelley, and Daniels continue to prove that they are experts at wasting other people’s money.

Here is a run-down on past and future court cases involving attacks on conservatives.

Rich Lieberman vs Roy Searles: UNCLE RICH LOST. No evidence that supported anything by Uncle Rich. Searles should sue him for malicious prosecution.

Makaila Keyes vs Conservative 4 on the school board: KEYES LOST. They could not prove the “knowing and willing” part of the law.

Jeffrey Glazer (Bernadette’s Husband) & Christina Ramos vs Spotsy School Board: GLAZER & RAMOS LOST. They lost the first round last Thursday October 27

Nicole Cole vs Spotsy School Board: COLE LOST. The injunction was to prevent Taylor from becoming the Superintendent. Taylor is now the Superintendent. There is no point in applying the injunction. In court, Cole and her legal team were unprepared, unprofessional, and clearly did not have a good argument. The judge seemed annoyed by them today in court.

Nicole Cole vs Virginia Department of Education: We predict a WIN for the VDOE for the same reason Cole lost her first lawsuit. Taylor is now the Superintendent. The VDOE voted 6-2 to give Taylor the license after the Spotsy School Board voted 4-3 to recommend Taylor for the license.

Jeffrey Glazer (Bernadette’s Husband) & Christina Ramos vs Spotsy School Board Round 2: We predict a WIN for the Spotsy School Board for the same reason as the Cole case.

Makaila Keyes vs Conservative 4 Round 2: We predict a WIN for the Conservative 4. We get a chuckle on this one. Keep wasting money on a lost cause Makaila!

Searles vs Lieberman Round 2: We predict a WIN for Searles. He will make a lot of money and probably retire early.
