Spotsylvania County Schools is dragging their feet with FOIA requests from certain people. Below is an email exchange between the parent of the student that was the victim in the Riverbend High School Swim Team Scandal and the FOIA officer Dennis Martin. The parent submitted the FOIA request on January 18. Today is February 21. More than a month has passed since the FOIA request.
