Here is the video clip at the 9/9 Spotsylvania County School board meeting of April Gillespie supporting the hiring of a 3rd party to investigate the Cedar Forest Child Abuse Scandal. Gillespie says it is a conflict of interest for administrators in Spotsy Schools to investigate themselves.
Perfect decision. Thank you, Spotsylvania School Board and Lisa Phelps for bringing to light a serious issue regarding the lack of school administration third party investigations. We all have a duty to look into this issue and refuse to look the other way.
