Clogged Drane and Marcus Hugo Chavez spoke during public comment. Apparently neither of them cares about the child XXX scandals in Spotsylvania County Schools and believe that the government is the solution to all the problems in education. If that were true, why haven’t test scores gone thru the roof in places like Baltimore that has one of the highest costs per pupil in the country?
