According to the GovSalaries website, here are the salaries from the last school year (FY2023) for those in leadership positions within Spotsylvania County Schools.
- Deborah Frazier – $163,302
- Dennis Martin – $159,891
- Jennifer Belako – $154,752
- Philip Trayer – $152,247
- Allison Langridge – $136,544
- Jeremy Siefker – $123,191
We assume that their salaries are higher for this current school year. GovSalaries says the salaries listed on their website do not include the cost of benefits which we estimate to cost the taxpayer another $10K to $20K per employee. In our earlier article, we pointed out the salaries of 3 others in leadership positions. Here they are for reference. https://spotsywire.com/2025/01/26/spotsy-school-administrator-salaries-part-1/
- Amy Williams – $159,487
- Kenneth Forrest – $153,745
- Sean Clore – $127,885
Collectively, these 9 individuals cost the taxpayer over $1,200,000. We have not even looked at the salaries of the others in leadership positions. Are these bureaucrats really worth this huge cost to the taxpayer? Why does anyone on the Board of Supervisors want to raise taxes since it only helps to increase the salaries of the bureaucrats?
