In Spotsylvania County Circuit Court today, far left school board member Nicole Cole lost another court battle against fellow school board members Lisa Phelps and April Gillespie. The judge practically dismissed Nicole Cole’s baseless lawsuit. The judge sided with Phelps and Gillespie for the second straight court battle on this baseless lawsuit. It is clear that Nasty Nicole is engaged in frivolous lawfare against conservatives. Nasty Nicole takes yet another loss. We do not think she has won any of her court battles against conservatives over the last 4 years. Phelps and Gillespie were represented by the Founding Freedoms Law Center.
