Here are screenshots of the legal complaint that was filed on September 11 in Spotsylvania County Circuit Court against Spotsylvania County School Board candidate James King and Kellie Acors of the county election department. We reported on September 12 that some legal event occurred involving these individuals. Now we know the juicy details of the complaint.

The complaint alleges that James King does not reside in the Battlefield District and is an ineligible candidate. According to the complaint, King lives at an address on Turning Leaf Court located in the Livingston District. The complaint states that King’s spouse resides at an address in the Lee’s Hill District. The Statement of Organization, a public document required by candidates for office, shows that King lives at the Danford Street address in the Battlefield District. The Danford street address is not owned by King. It is owned by a Jeremiah Sims.

This raises a lot of questions. Why are there inconsistent addresses for King’s residence? Is King no longer married? Is King’s wife living alone? Are King and Sims in love? Pray that Pastor James King will tell the truth!
