Spotsylvania County School Board Chair Marxist Megan Jackson took away the first amendment rights of speaker Shamgar Connors at the October 13 school board meeting. Shamgar spoke about the coverup of the child sexual abuse issues in Spotsylvania County Schools. There was at least 40 seconds left on the clock before Jackson interrupted Connors and muted the microphone. Jackson unilaterally and subjectively claimed that the speech was racist.

Jackson clearly engaged in viewpoint discrimination for not allowing Shamgar Connors to finish his speech. Shamgar has a creative way of expressing himself to draw attention to serious issues. Jackson would not allow Shamgar to express himself. Below is the video of Shamgar’s speech.
