Clint Mitchell Joins Longwood Faculty

Spotsylvania County Schools Superintendent Clint Mitchell has joined Longwood University as an adjunct professor. He started his adjunct professor role in August 2025 according to his LinkedIn profile. According to the Longwood University website, he is in the education and counseling department.

We guess Mitchell’s full-time salary with Spotsylvania County schools is not enough money, so he has to work two jobs. The commute from Spotsylvania County to Farmville VA must take a lot out of him. Maybe that is why these child sexual abuse issues keep happening under his watch because he has no time to address them working two jobs.
