The Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) sent a letter to the Spotsylvania County School Board about the First Amendment violations of Shamgar Connors. Connors has a creative way of expressing himself to attract attention to the misconduct occurring in Spotsylvania County Schools. The Spotsylvania County School Board issued Connors a no trespass order. This is in addition to the school board members interruptions or attempts to cut off his previous speeches during public comment.
