We have observed all those who spoke at the November 8th public comment section of the school board meeting. Many of the citizens that showed up today have expressed concerns at previous school board meetings over the past year.
Up until today, Dr. Baker has always pushed his comments off to the superintendents report on the agenda. Today at the November 8th meeting, Dr. Baker addressed public comments during the superintendent comments section on the agenda. So what has changed ? Is it the reality of the outcome of the elections ? Is it Dr. Baker’s inability to resolve parent concerns as a collective ?
Baker has a habit of pulling at the emotional strings of teachers and some other stakeholders which garners support for his position of superintendent. Yet, problems remain unresolved as parents continue to speak on the same concerns board meeting after board meeting.
