Spotsylvania County School Board member Lisa Phelps sent a FOIA request to FOIA officer Dennis Martin for Superintendent Clint “DEI” Mitchell’s credentials. These credentials are public records. Below is a screenshot of that FOIA request. The email speaks for itself. There was no request for personal information such as a birth certificate, social security card, passports, or immigration status.

Yet, Mitchell displayed fake outrage by making a long-winded rambling speech at the November 10 school board meeting. He shared and showed personal information such as his passports, social security card, immigration status, etc. The woke 5 school board members, Marxist Megan, Crackpot Carol, Lying Lorita, Radical Rodas, and Nasty Nicole, gave Mitchell a standing ovation at the end of his speech. During public comment, Mitchell’s supporters claimed “racism” and that he did not owe the public any explanation on his credentials. The Free Press and the Advance portrayed this entire situation as “racism”.

We can see through the performative politics of Mitchell. We believe he coordinated all of this to make a political argument. Mitchell by his own admission stated his role is political. We captured that moment on video back on December 15, 2024 (link below). None of this surprises us. Are we supposed to believe the schools are not political and that people are being mean to Mitchell ?
